I drove away even more exhausted than I had been the day before, though sleeping on a sofa at my age isn't the best way to rest. She was great, sexy, fun, and a basket case. We took over two thousand images in that short time we were together, and I hope to be able to edit through them and out them all on display here for you soon!

She acted as though she was confused by all her man troubles, the drama, the crazy sexual escapades, but as someone who is always an outside observer, I knew there was far more to the story. And I easily realized that she knew she was the cause of it all.

This was only one of the last sets we shot the Sunday morning I left. It had been a long almost 24 hours of shooting, but I think we managed to do quite a bit of damage in the meantime.

I think the best part about this day was her complete willingness to try anything. She liked high fashion ideas, wasn't afraid of being extremely dirty, yet had the confidence of her age. At 31, she was a happy mother of a two year old son, and was finally completely in charge of her sexuality.

But still, as is my nature, it wasn't long before I had her confiding all her darkest and most embarrassing secrets, which caused her moods to range from joyful to melancholy and back again.

I was also frustrated, because the emergency appointment I had driven all the way down there for had suddenly been pushed back until the next morning.
I kept waiting for some of my friends and other contacts in the area to get back to me, but they never did. So there I was, stuck shooting a beautiful, naked woman for the next 24 hours. I'm sure these are the kind of problems all men wish they had, but truly, it can get old after a while.

Tired and not feeling too well, I didn't want to push myself, but with nothing else to do, I just kept clicking away and hanging out in her place as she changed from one outfit to another. She was tireless, the kind of model I adore, but at the same time, I couldn't help but think that I would have rather stayed home.
She was a bit of a nut, claiming the influence of all her past lives on her current one, her studying of auras and the radiating colors off individual people, etc. But she was also sexually very open. Right away I knew she was the kind of crazy lady that men put up with just to get what they want, which she didn't seem to mind too much.

She was everything she had promised to be and more. I wasn't feeling my best, but I can run on instinct during most shoots these days when I have to. From the moment we started shooting, even though she claimed to be an amateur, we were capturing some great images.

Originally, I had expected a somewhat quiet weekend at home on the central coast, doing one or two shoots and catching up on my ever-present backlog of image editing. But there I was early Saturday morning driving the 3 and a half hours to Orange County to run an important errand.
In an attempt to not waste the trip, I arranged to shoot with a new model who had been persistently reaching out via Instagram and seemed like just the kind of model I'd been looking for.

She knows she's difficult, but acts as though she's not. Basically the worst kind of person. Especially because she knows she's attractive. I'm sure she doesn't hear the word "no" too often. Look forward to more of this very complicated woman in February.

She is high maintenance. She's quick to argue, even quicker to flirt, and has little time or patience for someone who doesn't completely give in to her moods and whims. Basically, the kind of woman all men lust after but can never handle for long. And also the kind of woman other women have a difficult time tolerating.
