by this point, i figured we could do no wrong, so I gave her very little direction as she came up for air. "Just do what comes naturally, you're doing great!" I said, as she struggled to stay warm. With very little meat on her bones, she looked forward to finally crawling into the hot tub once we were done shooting.

The vines growing down into the water was a happy accident, and once I saw how it looked, I instructed her to pull down more to add to the fantastical feeling they provided to the image.

I hadn't done an underwater shoot for a while myself, so I too required a bit of time to get used to the experience. But soon, we were off and running...er...swimming.

Raven confessed that she hadn't gone swimming in a while, so for the first few minutes, apart from acclimating to the temperature, I had her just swim around and get used to the water again.

Feeling like we had explored the backyard enough, I soon began to prepare for climbing into the freezing pool with Raven. I try never to ask a model to to anything I wouldn't do, and swimming in freezing water is no exception.

We ended up shooting in the back yard of an older man I knew to be both a pervert and a supporter of the arts. He had partied with Tim Leary in the 1960s and said he could tell me all his crazy stories, or at least the ones he remembered.

Her slight frame and long limbs only added to her fastasy-based appearance, and of course her hair completed the look, which should without saying.

I met Hana via another local model that she had gone to school with.  She was immediately eager to work with me, but uncertain of how far her comfort level was with showing skin. This was only our second shoot (if you'd like to see her other shoots, request them!), but she was clearly showing how comfortable she was becoming.
