almost done with a 4-part WG sequence for hypothedragon, this is from part 4!
My apologies for going so quiet in April, Patreon locked me out of my payout balance for like a week and I had to scramble to come up with enough cash to pay bills, which set me pretty off-kilter for most of the rest of the month... I'll be posting PSD's and hires files for recent artwork as frequently as I can this month!

Working on a protagonist design - I want them to be visibly androgynous so I can do as few art assets as possible for my first run through a visual novel, while allowing players to pick gender, sex & pronouns, so I'm challenging myself to come up with a character design that reads as gender neutral... which is more challenging than I thought, i keep leaning toward masculine or feminine. Nino gave me some suggestions that I'll be messing with, I may try moving away from the lumberjack look...

A bit of super jimbo quest concepts! Doing these little sketches to get an idea of an aesthetic for the world, and so I have some material to cut and paste into rough level-building parts for the demo.
Also, a look at Jimbo and Nino's house! Nino's a bit of a gardener / farmer.
Gonna do a couple more pages of material like these for each "area" of the game I wanna rough out in GameMaker, ...
