I am now planning my posts for february for you guys and will definetely post more this month to compensate for the lack of posts last weeks. 1 week ago I arrived in asia where I spend my time till mid march and after a week of getting used to climate, having a food poisoning and spending 2 days in bed I am at my macbook preparing stuff every day now to give u new insights in many shoots I did in autumn.
In order to be able to go on vacation for over a month I had to work ...

Hey friends,
here is a little clip of my shoot with Jayella. It was a paid shoot, so we did 3 simple setups I use for sedcard shoots. This one is a simple 1 light setup with frontal light - aputure 1200D with 160er softbox.
The catsuit she is wearing was ordered on aliexpress for about 14 dollars :D Its actually really nice quality and I love the glossy effect and stretch of it. Last year I ordered many things from aliexpress for the shooting wardrobe, stuff like stockings and catsui...
I now start posting the results and behind the scenes from my november campaign for Maison Close, gonna split everything in multiple posts and upload everything in the next 2 weeks, all videos, photos and bts content !
This shoot is one of the cases where I would go for completely different editing and selection than the client. I presented the client different color variants for the final selection till he was happy with the overall mood, but to be honest, it was not really what I liked most and how I would approach this shoot :D
Maybe if I have some spare time I would go for my own "directors edit" of some shots. Most of the photos were taken without retouching, just the color look, he wanted to have s...
25 mins ob behind the scenes on that commercial job, gonna explain the set in another post :)

One year ago I did a fashion shoot for the brand Zwingenberg, their first collection.
When you shoot for a new brand, they often need different kind of content, besides the campaign shots. Normally I dont do e-commerce (simple online shop photos), but this time as part of the bigger package it was okay for me (extra money as well).
We had 3 different sets for the shooting day -
1. e-com
2. simple classy lookbook
3. campaign shots
My studio is big enough to have 3 sets at ...
3 presets mentioned in the video attached for download :)

BTS for the series I posted earlier. I used 1200D Aputure for a one light setup here. The scene was lit indirectly over the ceiling and some white vflats reflecting the light from the front. Model was posing on 2 black acrylic plates and later in capture one I edited the background /floor with masks to extend the floor or make some parts darker.
Do you wanna see the editing bts ?
Hey friends!
As you see in this bts video, I only used 1 light in the RED set with Fee.
Aputure 1200d was directed at the ceiling in front of the model, without any lightshapers on it.
My goal was to get a very even and soft light on the model but not to direct it onto her so the background (which is very close to her) stays a bit darker. Of course if the background is so close, you see details of it, unless you increase contrast/darkness in post production. This video is already ad...
