Stretching after leg day 🥹🥵
Back in the gym 🥹 Decided to do a good and long stretch session to HOPEFULLY be less sore tmrw 😂
Im hoping to get stronger and more flexible with time! For now im taking it slowly, 3 times a week is my goal for now and then ill slowly build myself back to feeling better in every way 🥹
Im focusing mostly on legs, glutes, back and abs for now - im not allowed to do too heavy upper body lifting due to my neck issues.. so im gonna build my muscle fro...
