So far docked about 4,800 calories for the day. This is awesome considering I’m usually only around 2,500 until nighttime, then I really gorge. Hopefully today will be a 1lb day. :)

Tonight’s video is uploading now and I ordered a new scale today. I know I have lost a few pounds over the last couple of weeks due to everything going on, but I’m trying to regain them before my next weigh-in. I have my eyes on 500 this year.

After some very hard news about my brother (who is an inmate in a Florida prison) contracting Covid-19, I’m asking if everyone could send some positive vibes and thoughts my family’s way. My brother is far from perfect but he’s working on himself, and I pray to God he recovers from this.
Working on editing a video now that shows a few clips of my basic day at home here, I hope you guys will enjoy it.
