A coat is all you need

I think July is going to be the black and white month for me. I have quite a few sets coming up that are planned to be edited in B/W.

Such as this one of amazing Viktoria. Just her and a white coat, surrounded by dark background. There are not much models that can rock a clean set like Viktoria :)

You may notice the different hair styles. It's because we took these pictures during two different days. Some during a workshop and the other ones during an individual coaching.

Catched by the light

A friend of mine said once, you are a good photographer if you can shoot a great portrait in front of a white wall. Well, let me tell you, it helps if you have great light and a great model such as Tezztran ;)

Booty test

They are alredy more pleasing to me, even though on this shoot I took also a couple of pics with the 5DIII and they were still better.

Budadays

Earlier this year I had two testshoots at the same time. On one hand it was my first shoot with Brigi from Budapest which I really enjoyed. She's a super nice person and has an amazing body 😍

On the other hand it was my first shoot with the Canon R5. Concerning this I'm only partially satisfied. Let me start with the good thing. The handling of the camera. works much better than I was used from other mirrorless cameras so far. Especially the EVF is something you can really work with:...

Usually I'm not into editing similar pictures, but in this case I did it as favour for my model :)

Luckily Taya is in a very good shape and has a great skin, so I didn't need to retouch them very much. Isn't she an outstanding Beauty :)

Adorable

Currently I'm preparing a workshop with beautiful Taya Vais and Viktoria Yarova in Summer. And for it I searched my hard drive for some additional pictures of Taya and Viktoria which I can use for promotion.

Rear window

Here's the complete set "Rear window" which I photographed, together with Robin. Our model: Amazing Margot - Great performance as always. I really like to work with her.

It was the first complete set that I photographed with the R5. I try to get used to the camera, even though I'm still struggling with the RAW files in Adobe Lightroom. Unfortunately there is no support for camera matching profiles from Adobe yet. Well, at least in this set I didn't need them as I intended to shoot it in...

Relax session

Funny story to the shoot. I extra booked this studio which is located in a huge business building in Moscow. It was a quite hot day and on that day, the water system broke in that building. So our shoot was ready to be crashed by this. But we were lucky. While Monika was doing the make-up an hairstyling, they fixed the water system in the building. Another Eden

Wonderful Greta photographed by me in Sicily, after our photo event.

One of the few sets, which I couldn't decide to go for b/w or color. I photographed it with b/w settings to support the classic styling and look, but when editing the RAW's I saw, that the colors fit really nice as well :)

Dark water horizon

Last summer I did a test with a wonderful model from Belgium: Lola.

Inspired by great artists like Stefan Rappo or Sylvio Testa I always had a shoot in mind about a model doing beautiful poses in dark water. While we were in Sicily I did some tries in the pool, but unfortunately the results didn't turn out to be what I was looking for. Bedtimes

Wonderful Miluniel captured by me last summer in Loft Studio Cologne - Penthouse Loft.

Honestly, this shoot was a pain in the ass. The light on that day was extremly hard to control and changing most of the time. Colors of the RAW's were really not good and the sun reflections were a pain in the ass.

Thank god there is photoshop. Well, you know that I always try to shoot as good as I can, but sometimes you need to fix it on the computer :)

Too hot for workout

Here's the second little set of my shoot with Viesta this summer :)

When I met Viesta the first time, a couple of years ago, her posing was quite artistic. I remember that I was always trying to get her out of this posing style and make her pose in a more natural way. Luckily, she learned a lot about natural posing since then and she remembered about my preferences.

Chill Day

A short while ago one of my SSD external harddrives started to die, so I bought a new one and recovered all pictures from the backup. By doing this I found this set of Giulia, which I photographed with her last year. So unbelievable, how fast time passes by.

This setting in the Penthouse Loft really became my favorite during the last year, after the first 2 years of mainly shooting on the brown couch area.
