Shermine is a beautiful collection and collaboration inspired on the Brentwood home, created furnished and carefully curated by my dear friend Shermine, who has a true eye for artistry and design. This collection comes in a variety of modern natural and raw textures such as marble and rustic wood, plaster , gold, abstract patterns and bronze. For collection volume I, I have created 17 pieces in total, you can check the description for every item in each photo to find out the number of swatches per item.
I have really enjoyed putting this set together as well as working on the ideas and design of each item! Many thanks to my friend Shermine for inspiring me with your creativity, taste and interior design genius ♥ I hope you will all enjoy and look forward to volume II of this collection. NOTE:
the built in objects ( fireplace and bookshelves will place reversed, so you will need to turn them around in a 190 angle to face forward) unfortunately as the game does not have default built in objects these objects have to be modified and tuned to work as intended in game.

verona changelog:
✿ the verona bathroom sink, bath tub and shower got additional swatches in both silver and gold.
✿ an issue with the bath tub where the water was not showing in game was also fixed.

✿ I have made mirrored versions of the cabinets. The ladders for the mirrored versions are now separate for these versions only.

This was a cute idea/suggestion by my friend Shermine whose aesthetic and interior design taste is absolutely impeccable ♥
FUNCTIONAL ITEMS:
the counter functions as a bar. make sure to rotate 190 degrees to place inside faux counter wall. The arches are functional, but the doors are deco only. ( This makes it easier to place them at whatever angle you wish to place them around the arches - or use them without if you wish too. ) they were also made deco only as open doors and windows are sort of glitching out at the moment.
SLOTTED ITEMS:
the counter bar is slotted so you can place deco items on it.
medium and small wine shelves are slotted so you can place the horizontal wine bottles on it.
NOTE:
the wine bottles repeat placement for ease of placement on shelves.
the faux counter walls match ktasims wall panel walls (classic modif palette ).

I will be designing a new kitchen in the next couple of months, and since I am super indecisive about the design I would like to go with, I would like to get your opinion and vote in this poll for your favorite concept! The kitchen with the most votes will be the winning concept and of course will be announced once the poll is closed. The runner up kitchen concepts will still be considered as future kitchen projects also :)
I do not have a deadline for this kitchen as I would like to take my time designing every detail, along with the decor that will accompany this set.
This poll will be up for about 4 to 5 days, and the winner will be announced by Monday February 3rd 2025 (1pm MST).

A collaboration themed set that I had the pleasure of working on with my talented friend ledger atelier. We teamed up to bring two different concepts for a winter themed cabin style set. I went with a modern style that focuses on natural textures such as leather, wood, marble and some soft velvet and ledger designed a bedroom with a cozy rustic style with some raw wooden textures and cast iron metals and some tufted furniture pieces.
Every piece I created for this set is versatile in nature and do not necessarily need to be used in a cabin style setting. There are 16 pieces in this set plus two small bonus items, featuring a functional bed blanket and a decorative blanket throw that complement ledger's bedroom set. You can get ledger's part of the collaboration here to complete the look. Enjoy! :)

Keep your simmies warm this winter with this fireplace pack that comes with a total of 18 items! This is a rather large set so I included some extras with it already, it took a bit long to test and texture but it is finally here and I hope you enjoy! ♥

The second installment of this collaboration with the lovely and talented kta_ktasims. In this part of the collaboration we have both worked on including textures, you will find some soft pastel colors added to the flowers and some patterned textures for the vase as well as concrete and metals created by me. Kta has added more vibrant colors to both the flowers and the vase , making the choices for this flower arrangement much more diverse.
I thoroughly enjoyed creating these items for our collaboration as well as adding some of my own textures this time around to complement kta's fantastic and vibrant textures.
