Went snack shopping while hungry đŸ˜”â€đŸ’«

The new move when I travel lately has been hitting the gym as soon as I get to the hotel then heading to the nearest grocery store to stock up on snacks because let’s be so real the mini bar isn’t going to cut it.

When I went I was absolutely starving and came back to realize I couldn’t fit the haul in the fridge. So after the team dinner I had to house as much as I could to be able to fit what was left in the mini fridge.

Not gonna lie this one put it into perspective for me. First, I can’t believe I thought I still had weight to lose at the size on the left. Second, it’s been wild to grow this big and still want more but also feel the inhibitions slip away. Sure, I bump into more stuff now, take up wayyy more space at the bar and clothes are getting challenging but these gains are addictive and I still want more.

Maybe it’s just me but these shakes coach gave me are kinda addictive - sure the muscles coming in but damn if my gut isn’t blowing up faster. He said not to worry about it that it’s part of the process and at this point I have to agree. They taste so good I don’t know if I’m gonna stop even when he says Ive made super heavyweight

So I won’t lie, when I sat down at the revolving sushi restaurant, the booth was a bit tight to begin with. My buddy is way skinnier than me and seeing the contrast between the space he had between him and the table, with me wedged in I wasn’t sure if I was gonna eat that much.

Yall have been keeping well fed, damn. What’re the biggest changes you notice?

For me it’s been the weight in my knees - I move slower and grunt every time I stand, burp whenever no matter who’s around, legs are starting to spread wider when I sit and when I walk. No end in sight either đŸ€€
