Wowza! Holy shit, it's Funfair! (I hadn't actually come up with a name at this stage of writing, so this was just "The Banjo & Conker comic"... I'm not good with titles!!)

This is one I remember well. A vintage, late 2015 script! Finely aged, and... probably not that good, all things considered.
You would think that, since the last version of the script had Conker think of all sorts of crazy scenarios, that it would make it all the way to the finished story. Not quite! It turns out, in this version at least, Conker was more or less lucid the whole time (and cranky, as usual). Banjo, on the other hand, was feeling particularly mischievous...

The first few parts of Funfair haven't changed drastically over time. Banjo spills ice cream on himself, Conker has fantasies about it. They go to a pool, Conker has fantasies again... The sequence of events was changed slightly, but the general idea was still there.
The parts after were pretty different, though! Going as far as 2015, the third arc of the story had Conker go to the arcade, but instead of having a nightmare, he simply picks a machine to play and the game becomes altered ...

This is among the silliest things I've ever drawn, conceptually. Imagine taking a silly squeaky-voiced cartoon rooster in a kart racing game and making an Elden Ring (final?) boss out of him.
