The second Clone Trooper

Hello!

I've just uploaded in the post below a new step-by-step tutorial about painting the second Clone Trooper miniature.

I made this tutorial for my Director's Cut patrons because it's been a while since the last tutorial.

The way of painting is very similar to the way how I painted the one on the right, but I changed the white armor recipe a little bit and didn't blend the layers of colors on the model.

I hope you like how he looks like!

The Second Clone Trooper

Hi!

Today I have for you the second tutorial about painting a Phase II Clone Trooper miniature.

My collector asked me to paint the second miniature, but this time he wanted me to leave layers of colors unblended, in order to better understand my process of painting.

I figure out that if I have to paint the second model, then it would be cool to make the second tutorial about painting it for my Director's Cut patrons.

As you will see my approach to painting this model i...

The Sword

Hi!

I've just uploaded in the post below a new step-by-step PDF tutorial about painting my Chaos Sorcerer's sword and black gloves.

The last time you saw this miniature he had red gloves and green fluorescent sword.

My idea was to make it look like some sort of magical power sword, with really shiny blade, and while the colors were very shiny and saturated, on the photos of it didn't look too good.

Thanks to the fluorescent paints when I had it in my hand it really loo...

A lOTR Orc painting tutorial

Hi!

I've just uploaded in the post below a step-by-step PDF tutorial about painting this Mordor Orc spearman.

I really love lotr miniatures, and I feel very happy when I find time for painting a miniature from this game on a high level, especially those that people consider as not interesting. One of those miniatures is this spearman. A simple miniature without big amount of details, but with a very cool looking helmet.

In the PDF tutorial I covered painting this entire mode...

Sorcerer's blue backpack

Hi guys!

This time I'm finally on time and I have for you a step-by-step tutorial about painting Chaos Sorcerer's backpack.

I wanted it to be more toned down and darker then the front, and that's why they are so few colors on it.

All of this I painted with a Winsor&Newton series 7 size 2 brush (normal series, not miniature).

I hope you will enjoy it.

Ps. I will have for you a video tutorial soon so stay tuned!

Preparing a metal warhammer miniature for paintning

Hello!

Today I have for you a short video which I made during preparing a new miniature for painting. I started feeling a bit nostalgic about older warhammer miniatures, and thanks to MTO I bought 2 metal Chaos Sorcerers. I also thought that this is a good opportunity to paint a miniature with a white basecolor (I painted like this only one miniature, and it was 10 years ago!) In the meantime I thought that a video about preparing and polishing miniature like that can be fun to watch, a...
