Happy New Year to everyone!
I think 2025 was actually a pretty good year for me personally. I got back into a solid work rhythm, and the concerts, movies, shows, and games were fantastic. Sure, there are things that worry me—and some aspects look pretty daunting ahead as an artist—but I want to keep this post positive. For 2026, I want to build on what I've already got going:
Here's a first draft of the merged version.
There's a few things which still need to get added / changed:
I need to do at least 2 more shots for the genital explorations to make it work inbetween.
There will be a few shots at the end with a scene change and sex.
I might add 1 or 2 more shots at the end before that.

Pretty much done with the transformation now. I might adjust some shots or insert/add one for the full merger if the pacing requires it but now there's some transitional and explorational shots left and then I merge and finish it. :)
What do you think about these shots specifically? I kept the butt a bit short but I'll put more focus on it in future animations for the butt-lovers :P

It's a bit shorter because I already re-paced and cut it. I also was working on one more shot (the final part of the genital transformation) and attempted a couple variations but I wasn't satisfied with it, that's why I didn't add it. I think I figured out how to do it now though.

It’s just two shots this time, sorry. The hips slowed me down a bit, and the third shot I’m working on right now has been a bit of a struggle. I won’t be home tomorrow, and rather than delay it any further, I’d rather post what’s usable so far. If I manage to finish the missing shot quickly and the next three go more smoothly, I’ll add it on top and make the next one a four-shot batch.

I'd say the animation is 70% done, depending on how much post-transformation content I want to add. I want to try to get one shot a day done now and either post 2 batches a week or one bigger one depending on how well I progress.
I did make progress on starting to combine the shots to form a full animation. Some shots already got slightly reworked to make it either flow a bit better or be visually more consistent.
I added a higher quality version down below again.

Another little batch of shots adding more detailed face changes.
I think I never showed the throat transforming, did I? :D
I plan on adding moaning and groaning with a voice shift transitioning from this batch to the next.
I added a 4K version with 24FPS for the first time down below. It will be close to final look (in case I keep those shots) but I might do some color grading to it.
