I hope you've a fantastic and healthy 2025 and I'll give my best to be a part of it. 2024 was probably my worst year so far as a artist and I feel terrible about it. I think I can say, that it'll be a easy New Year's Resolution to improve on that.
There will be new animations and the comic is going to proceed. I couldn't get the rest of the pages planned for this month done anymore, because some unexpected real life happenings slowed down the proc...
The Shape of Desire:
I updated the first page of The Shape of Desire a little bit with a extra panel and small adjustments and uploaded both available pages to the reward folders.
The next page should get posted in the next few days. When I managed to pre-produce at least 2 pages, I'll settle on a specific day of the week.

This comic needs a few pages setup but it'll have a bunch of spicy content later on. I try my best to ramp up the pace. I'm one page behind in term of schedule, that's why I'll try to post 2 in one week.

I wanted to combine a few things into one animation. Having jiggle and squish with tight clothes, physics for the tail (it's intentionally a bit more stiff, since it's a prop), a new, better and cleaner way of simulating hair (also less bugs than the old particle hair system in Blender) and the automated eye animation. I bought a system a couple months ago to automate and make eye motion animation easier.
I'll use that for every animation showing the face going forward.
In this clip it's fully automated animation, I didn't animate the blinking and eye movement by hand.
There's enough control to make it what you want, though.

A little FTM Animation Test. Don't worry, I didn't switch from MTF to FTM, I still will do mainly MTF
but I think it makes sense to train both because it can go both ways in a shapeshifting story. :)
The animation is mainly designed to be FTM and works the best that way but I added a reversed MTF version without voice.
