Level Capped

There'll be an AMA Livestream set up late to discuss this fully....but we've spoke about this in discord at length a bit. This won't be a permanent thing, however It will let me gauge some things better for so future plans and its honestly easier to work with things that are a little more...stable.
Anyhoo, there are two slots open right now if anyone wants in.
