For the yearly subscription, is that calendar year (Jan-Jan), or 12 months from when you sign up (April-April)?

2021-03-31 02:55:58 +0000 UTCA couple more little things after playing with it a bit again: 1) I know "Library" was new suggestion, but it isn't favorited videos, and that name does not really reflect what that section is. Heck, I *still* don't know what I'm supposed to be seeing there. 2) It would be good if videos that you favorite are able to be pulled up in either the profile, or a "favorites" category in the main content well. 3) It would be good UI to have the "Comments" tab reflect how many comments each video has, or at least if there are any comments, without having to click on the tab.

2021-03-28 13:56:55 +0000 UTCI'm just starting to play around in mobile on Android in Opera. The pop-out for the video is finicky. The pop-out control is only available from the video itself, and 50% of the time, the pop-out video closes when another app opens. This could be video platform or mobile browser, so it might be a hard one to track down, but it is pretty annoying.

2021-03-27 22:20:39 +0000 UTCthe avatar on the channel - I have one. I believe it's importing the avatar from my email account. I'm not sure how that's working exactly but likely metadata transferred over when the account is being set up. The profile image/avatar set up isn't live at the moment so it sounds like you need to get that pipeline working. I'm checking this on Google Chrome and Safari now.

2021-03-27 20:35:34 +0000 UTCJon, I’ve been able to watch every video I’ve tried. What hasn’t worked is the comment option. If there is one video in the “folder” the comment option is available. If there are multiple videos in the playlist/folder such as the season 1 cooking videos etc. it doesn’t allow comments. I’m using my iPhone right now, haven’t tried another platform.

I use Opera Browser (Developed in Norway, I believe) and I signed up with no problem. People, be sure you type in Townsendsplus.com (Townsends with the "s") otherwise you may not find it. 2021-03-26 18:30:55 +0000 UTCI have gone to TownsendsPlus.com and can only see the home page - when I work in MS Edge. One of our computers has Google Chrome and T+ opens fine (still no trial offer). So it looks like the site won't work with Edge as the browser.

The video loads at https://townsendsplus.com/programs/inkwell_1mp4-6c1be5 but doesn't load at https://townsendsplus.com/programs/collection-n_chod1n8wu where it shows an image but no video. I'm using the latest Firefox browser (firefox 87.0).

The new Backwoods Blacksmith Episode One Strike video worked fine when I clicked to it via the related-videos section, but it didn't work when I clicked through the Townsends Plus Originals and Library links. 2021-03-26 12:50:22 +0000 UTCEverything is working, the only thing (I think this was asked about on the livestream that I had to miss) is this avatar thing, I’m using Safari on an iPad currently and I see text that says “Avatar Recommended dimensions: 200×200px, maximum file size: 5MB” but I don’t see anywhere to change it. It’s not super important to me anyway but figured I’d let you know.
