The mod itself is compatible with all game versions, but ScriptHookDotNet will crash the game if you are using one of the latest updates unless you use the nightly build. If you ate running an old game version, you probably have the regular SHDNV, so just use the regular version of the mod which is made to work with the regular SHDNV

Whenever I try to startup my game, it either loads and crashes half way through, or it crashes whenever I move, I have a very good PC and I don't know what the issue is, I removed the mod from my files and the game didn't crash. The same thing happened on the last file you posted.

Thank you man! For snipers, you can press CTRL to go into the scope view, but other sights like iron sights don't work at this moment, as bullets don't align when the weapon is centered. I am working on it though.

Love the mod and have used it for awhile but had cancelled the subscription and wanted to get it back so joined again, but is there a way that i can make the camera switch to a different camera whenever i get into a car? So like i could use chest cam but when i got into a car it would go into first person?

Hey, if you're using nightly SHDNV make sure you have ViewPointV-nightly.dll in your scripts folder, NOT ViewPointV.dll.

If your game insta crashes without any error messages, that is probably because you're using the regular SHDNV with an up to date GTA version which is no longer compatible. I will answer here to, in case someone else got the same issue. You're using the regular SHDNV while having latest GTA update. Regular SHDNV is no longer compatible with GTA, which makes your game crash. Install the nightly build of SHDNV and use the nightly build of the mod.

hey ruslan whats up, i love the cameras! i'd just like to get it out there if i can that when i load the game up and sometimes randomly my characters aim will look weird as if the camera is too low down and you cant see where your aiming, im not sure if theres a fix for this other than cycling cameras or a bit until it readjusts, but i thought id mention it just in case.

The "Menu Not Loaded" is a message from Menyoo, since it uses the F9 key too. Just go to scripts/ViewPointV/Controls.ini and change the menu key to something else.

same thing happened to me. You have to make sure you have the Dismemberment ASI installed correctly and you need the nightly version of ScripthookVDotNet installed.

brother, I installed it according to all the tutorials, but when I open f9 and select ViewPointV's first person mode and go back and click on the option to link the camera nothing happens, not even when I press "V" to change the options, and after I change to First person, I can no longer activate the mod using F9, I have to give the command to reset the Scripts, I thought it could be the Extended Camera Settings mod, but even after removing it it still doesn't work.

Sounds like the mod crashes when you switch cameras, which most likely happens due to using the wrong version(nightly instead of the regular, or the opposite). Try switching them. And just for your information, you don't have to restart the game to restart .NET scripts. You can reload them in game. Send me a message on Discord if you want me to help you

so, when i first open up gta the cameras work fine. then after a bit of cycling, the viewpointv cameras just disappear and i can only use vanilla cams. not sure if its a control i press to enable/disable to the viepointv cams but it gets annoying to have to restart the game every 2 minutes just to get the viewpointv cams back. (the menu still pops up when i hit the control for it)

Hey, did you follow the instructions in the readme file? There are two .dll files in the scripts folder that comes with the mod, you only need one of them. If you're using ScriptHookDotNetV 3.6.0, you only need ViewPointV.dll, if you're using ScriptHookDotNetV Nightly build, you need ViewPointV-nightly.dll. make sure you dont' have both files as it will crash the script.

Hello ! Thats great im glad to give this mod a go especially for the driving please. I just wanted to clarify one thing, we cannot use iron sights of weapon as of now with the viewpoint aim or I am doing something wrong ? Thanks ! Oh and another minor thing : the camera toggle button on controller doesnt seems to work with your cameras; do you think you could fix that ?
