Behind the Scenes | Episode 2

I've spent most of it working on my next cover, which will hopefully come out in May. I've selected a song by the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and I'll be joined by a woodwind player from Boston! I'll be sure to post it here first.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy another look behind the scenes where I delve into four of my covers and the songs that inspired them. Thank you for your continued support, and I'll see you all again in May!

I already have a deep appreciation for what you do but it's made all the more intense getting to hear about the connections you make. Brava!

2024-04-30 22:56:32 +0000 UTCLoved Faun since I discovered them about 20 years ago! By the way, have you ever played A Plague Tale? The medieval setting and the exceptionally great soundtrack, in particular of the second part "Requiem" should be right up your alley.

You've made me realise how much I can blame Civilization/Colonization series (one more turn since 1994...) for my love of older music. Poledouris is regular work focus music - it's hard to imagine some of those films without his scores.
