2018-01-05 09:11:25 +0000 UTCThis maintenance should take care of the Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities. You may have seen something about these vulnerabilities on the news. Initial reports stated that only Intel processors were affect. This is only partially true. Please be aware that AMD and ARM devices are also affected by one of these two vulnerabilities. This means that not only your desktop or laptop computer are affected, but also your phone or tablet. I would encourage everyone to upgrade their operating system with the necessary patches when they become available.
