Big Solar Test - 24 hours without power

This has been basically a year in the making.  And it's kind of long, so settle in.

I'll get subtitles finished tomorrow, along with a better thumbnail.

David, I'm not sure what kind of energy efficient windows you might have, but have to considered adding window awnings to especially the south and west windows? Accourding to the Department of Energy's website: "Window awnings can reduce solar heat gain in the summer by up to 65% on south-facing windows and 77% on west-facing windows." https://www.energy.gov/energysaver/energy-efficient-window-coverings#:~:text=Window%20awnings%20can%20reduce%20solar,entire%20side%20of%20your%20house. Studies have also shown that window awnings can lower inside temperatures 7 to 15 degrees F or more. This means that your A/C should not have to work so hard.

I don't see how that would work. The case I got (not shown in video) is just a fabric case with a zipper around it and a carry handle. It's totally limp when the panels are removed.

According to the Ecoflow website, you can use the carrying case of the portable panels to prop them up at an angle, so no need for the chairs 🤔

Hey David! Thanks for the closed captions / subtitles! Really important for people that is hard-of-hearing and or deaf 👍👍👍
