Unfortunately, about 100-200 messages are coming in daily asking why tracking numbers are not updating.
I dont expect the private message system to return to normal conversations or response times until next month.
As stated in the last 3 posts, it is going to take a solid 2-3 weeks to stabilize and get everything back to fast shipping due to the hurricane and product launches.

He doesn’t pull out his phone and reply to your questions about tracking updates the moment you send them. It’s not like texting your buddy or parents.
