You may purchase cases at any time during that month, but are limited to the quantity of each item. IF you so wish, for the small sum of $2904, you can order 1 of each case and your 6 standard boxes. Sales, Cases, and Standard are considered separate transactions. its easy to slap a shipping label on a case (or throw it in a box and then throw a lable on it) so allows you to purchase that at any time. The mix and match cheap stuff takes more effort and time thus is a 1 a month transaction of up to 6 (aka a case).
