The Warlord Class (v2.2.1) - Small Update

Hey all, I got a ton of really great feedback from the Warlord update I shared this past weekend. I've made (what I think) are some pretty solid changes based on feedback. Hopefully you like it!
Warlord v2.2.1 Change Log
- Multiclassing // Proficiencies // Replaced the Warlord Skill with a Gaming Set.
- Starting Equipment // Replaced the shield options with five javelins
- Leadership Style // Commander // Reworked. Grants heavy armor and a skill.
- Inspiring Word // Reverted back to a bonus action. Removed CON mod healing. Limited to Leadership mod times per short/long rest (instead of once per creature).
- Fighting Style // Mounted Warrior // Reworked
- Steadfast Leadership // Now doubles the range of your Warlord features (instead of just setting them all to 60 feet). Inspiring Word healing is now its maximum roll.
- Rested and Ready // No longer costs a Hit Die, added max Hit Die as one benefit.
- Chivalry // Anointed Knight // Cut Heavy Armor, added choice of one skill.
- Chivalry // Paragon of Chivalry // You now auto succeed on saves vs charm/fear (so this feature doesn’t interfere with Emboldening Presence).
- Schemes // Ruthless Focus // Reworked
- Schemes // Devious Tactics // Clarified a creature can choose to fail the save.
