I think Rudy is likely pretty reasonable with this as long as you are not a dick or trying to screw him over. I recommend sending him a DM in Patreon about any situation where you would need to stop Patreon and want to return in the future. He is a good dude and will likely work with you on it.

You can not pay your subscription but still be on the list. It is only if you do a d*ck move that will get you banned. I took a year off with Rudy due to financial reasons but later paid the subscription and continued to utilize his product sales.

He has stated in several youtube videos its a "one way street" and if you leave the patreon he blacklists you. Of course I have no clue if he follows through.

Kind of an odd subject. Basically if u leave out of spite as most people do. Or bounce in for a sale and bounce out. U will get banned. Maybe under certain circumstances you can contact rudy and let him know a good reason. But its cause people hose him through paypal. Hes gotta keep atrition down somehow and people from abusing the system so thats the answer.

When joining rudy's patreon it said something along the lines of you can only sign up once and if you leave that's it. Is this really the case? does he put you on some kind of ban list? Or does he simply mean it in the sense of your spot isn't held so if in the future you want to sign up again you'll just have to hope you can snag a patreon spot?

Had a question above but reposting for visibility here. Can someone confirm what the process limitations are for patrons outside the US? I understand (I believe I understand anyways) that crypto must be used outside the US. But not clear on a response I received that I must have an “isa address” (what is this?) and if restrictions only apply to magic and not other products. Also, how does shipping costs get factored in? Appreciate if anyone outside the US (I’m in Canada) can clarify this?

Depends on what the post says. Read the post when the sale goes up. Rudy will either say, "send payment now" or "you must first comment before sending" You can look at past sales for reference.

I assume you are talking about the Flesh and Blood cases.... The case for FAB are standardized to 4 boxes per case. I believe what Rudy is saying is: to ship one of those cases internationally costs another $120 dollars. It is not a custom box that he sends out. Meaning the WTR unlimited case costs $280 + $120 = $400 to ship internationally.

The $85 is for draft boxes only. The set boxes are a higher price point from distributors so I doubt they will be at the $85 price ever.

Just a suggestion Retap, if you want to 'invest' modestly invest in what you like the most. You can also try to have a little exposure to each product and then pump a little extra into those things you really like. Also as you go along the mounting amount of stuff to store and secure get's daunting. Collectors boxes offer a great way to store high value in limited space. Hope those ideas help .

Any recommendations from Magic vets? My first Magic purchase was in last night's MH2 set box sale. I'm into the Strixhaven art that I've seen and I'm wondering if I'd be better off going with Strixhaven set boxes or draft once available again.
