27 Commanders sets are oversold :-(

I'm definitely looking forward to this second wave of Commander happening! I've been a patron for a few months without having made a purchase before, but this seems like the right purchase to pop my floppy-taco cherry.

This is pretty uncool. I'm apparently one of the unlucky 27 who ended up with a refund. I was also one of the randomly selected people to get their MM2017 order canceled and refunded as well back for the Patreon supporter special. Not very happy :(

I never once said he didn't respect his patreons. It wasn't meant to be an attack on Rudy in any way. Was just simply saying that is the problem with pre orders everywhere. Rudy even posted a video about preordering issues several months back and the problems with doing it. Yes he does have pretty good prices. He has created a "wholesale" membership club that few others have attempt. So good for him for doing it better than others even if he wasn't the first. The videos are a perk and the $10 investment a month for occasional orders is fine.

Michael "the burner" Turner! Glad to see you doing well in retirement! Loved having you in your Atlanta Falcons days! Hope you play a lot of aggro, being "the burner" and all. Seriously. He offers the best price. Of course people want them and I believe he is 100% genuine. Does it suck when I pay $15 a month and then miss out? Yes. But it's ok. He actually respects his patreons and sells lower than he'd have to. Rudy, you had me at floppy taco.

One of the many issues with preorders. I think that companies or people should not preorder until they have and "exact" and "confirmed" amount to prevent customer disappointments. It isn't the fact of missing out but the fact of over promising and under delivery. A cardinal rule that should never be broken in any customer facing industry.

I am one of the 27, but I am not letting that sour me. I am not going anywhere.

Where would I look to see if I was one of the 27. I was thinking Rudy for the 27 people that didn't get the set for the second wave if it happens you put them up for first grabs since they did not get them.

First time I try to buy something from you, after supporting you for months, and I get this. Thanks for nothing, Rudy. I'll be cancelling my patronage of you for this, bluntly. I enjoy your content and will likely continue to do so, but broken promises aren't something I can support to this financial extent.
