Let’s get started with the development progress. This weekend was dedicated to some hardcore coding both on the client side and the server side. Getting story-mode to work as something fun, and creating more meaningful dialog conditions, requires reworking some of the core functions and adapting the game objects accordingly.
It’s actually a good thing, because I get to make some optimizations (and bug fixing) along the way and make some of the code simpler now than it was initially because of said adapted game objects. And that should make further coding simpler and faster.
Fewer calls to the database will also speedup the game. The only remaining delays in A8 will be the Images downloads when the game needs avatars that you have never seen before, but I guess we can all wait a little when it comes to more accurate (usually taller) character images right?
What can you expect in the mean time?
Mostly an Emma Update with avatars to display her at a very busty 6’2” and Jacked as $#!T, the images should be uploaded by Thursday unless I hit a snag… But I want the images done before the weekend because you guys deserve it and because coding on the weekend is my sick mind’s twisted idea of having a relaxing good time. 😊

Thanks to all those who shared their testing experience, we picked up some new friends and their support will be put to good use I promise. If you haven't shared your testing experience on your favorite forum yet, its never too late. The sooner I feel like I can go ahead with ordering the parts for the new PC, the lesser the chances of more crashes and ensuing setbacks.
