We're here. We're sorry.

We want to first apologize to all of you for leaving you without notice for so long. We want to apologize for the constant disappearances and the very little explanations that come after them. It isn't fair to you after all you've done for us. So here it is.

We have very controlling parents who we've worked for all of our lives. They controlled where we lived, what we spent, what we ate, how we dressed, who we talked to, and everything in between. We've been spending these last few years distancing ourselves from them, but this year everything fell apart for us once we were both diagnosed with disabilities. With school, our other jobs, managing our new disabilities and current illnesses, we couldn't be on our own. So, our parents gave us an option that we couldn't refuse. They'd give us our own place that cut our current rent in half and we wouldn't have to deal with anyone or anything else but them. They'd handle everything.

When we moved in, they took everything from us. Our laptops, cellphones, and other means of communication. We were under their roof again. We had rules to follow and until we followed them, we wouldn't have access to anything.

They had everything in their hands. We were tired. We were scared. We did what they asked. Now we're here.

We aren't sure how the channel will fit into our lives now. But we earned it back from our parents and will do what we can to be here.

We're sorry. We are so, so sorry. We won't be able to get out of this anytime soon, but know that we are fighting to be here. We will make things right by you. We want to be here with you. We want to write. We want to act. We want to create. We want this and will do what we can to have it. We love you and we are so grateful for you.
