Changing How Custom Ruined Tanks Works Going Forward...

Like I said in the announcement channel, I have gotten a lot more patreon supporters than I thought! I will have to cap the number for new members though (Don't worry if you are a current member, just make sure you get your info into the google sheet after joining!
For NEW upcoming members, this is how it will work :
To get a ruined tank you MUST SUBMIT YOUR INFO TO THE GOOGLE SHEETS (shared in the private patreon announcements channel). Once a major update comes out (such as radiotrician update), new ruined tanks will be added and LOCKED IN, so that they are never removed.
Once 50 tanks have been LOCKED IN, custom tanks will be removed from lowest tier.
Once 100 tanks have been LOCKED IN, custom tanks will be removed from 2nd tier.
Once 150 tanks have been LOCKED IN, custom tanks will be removed from highest tier.
