I commissioned this artist more to experiment, although I don't like some of the faces (especially Jack and Annabelle's weird eyes) I liked everything else.
It's mostly my fault, the artists specialize on relaistic/semi-realistic and I asked them for anime style, they only gave me a single example and I just rolled with it but the result wasnt as I expected.
Nonetheless, although there are things I dislike, there are also things I liked which I pointed earlier.
I had considered commissioning another artist to remake this, or I could just make a brand new one including Baihe and Kevin too (I really want to commission them)

Yeah it has to do with each artists styles mostly, the three other artists before do more colorful anime style, I wanted this to look darker and grittier as this arc is much more serious than the previous ones. I suppose it translated well that feeling.

I see what you mean Annabelle's eyes, they aren't too bad... if anything they make her look a little out of it and sad. Which I guess works for part of her mental state during this arc. No real comments on Jack. Anna looks cool. I don't know about getting another artist to just remake it, seems like a little waste of money. On the other hand, another cover with Baihe and Kevin would be neat! Seeing the whole cast on a cover would just be cool. I think the biggest detriment is simple just that the the other covers are better? Like in style, flair, or presentation. Even the new sketch just feels so lively. (Also is there a spot where all the covers and art is collected? Just spent a few minutes scrolling through everything to compare my thoughts on them.)
