Ivar is the most interesting of Ragnar's sons. And everything was done to ensure that. From the moment of his birth and his parents' decision to let him live, the question was: "How will he survive and thrive in this society?" We got some clues when, as a child, he killed a friend AND when Aslaug asked Floki to give him a religious education (that's why he was receptive to what Margreth said about the judgment of the gods) But now, we can see where this is headed. To be honest, I find him even more interesting than Bjorn. I think the actor is kinda bad. Now that he has to portray Bjorn as an accomplished man, he often overacts. He's physically very convincing as a Norwegian or Danish warrior, but that's not enough for me
