This would've worked much better if we knew about the guy's existence earlier on. This is like gling through the Obito face reveal without knowing Obito existed until the face reveal happens.

Maybe it's just my high-school English teacher speaking through me, but why would they bring up the concept of dead people getting made into villains right after they introduced someone close to Todoroki that died if the two plot points weren't related? (......Okay, literally while writing this? It just all clicked into place for me. I think I know what happened to Todorokis brother, but I'm not going to say just incase I lead Lucky astray)
