You kinda got there in the end lol. The difference between red and blue lightning is that Red Lightning means it's Philosophers Stone enhanced, while Blue Lightning means it's regular alchemy. So the fact that Al used Blue Lightning to send up the dustcloud the second time was in itself a clue that he didn't have the stone with him anymore. "Who would've thought that Sloth would be the fastest Homunculus?" Quite a few people actually. Keep in mind that the whole concept around 'Sloth' in the context of the 7-Sins the Homunculi are based on is about being capable of doing something but refusing to do so. So it wasn't an uncommon theory that Sloth was the fastest, strongest, possibly even smartest homunculus, but because he is the embodiment of 'sloth' he just doesn't' use any of it. Btw: while the next 2 eps are.... insane, I'm going to inform now you that the end of Episode 54 is kinda unique. Theres not a "post-credits" scene in that episode, instead it's a straight up "end-credits scene". As in... they play out story stuff while the end credits and music is playing, o I'll try and remind you about it the next 2 videos as well :)
