Decken literally decapitated his own head with his own axe when Hordy dodged, but when Luffy gets cut he’s about to die and the plot focuses on who’s gonna give him blood. And Hordy should’ve died from mostly the toxicity of the drugs, how can this drug have no least upper bound for toxicity? That’s not to mention of course Luffy breaking his rib cage and punching his guts multiple times, but of course there’s no internal bleeding he just goes to sleep and wakes up later in the story. It’s actually the same with Fukaboshi who acted like nothing happened.
