2025-11-28 00:24:10 +0000 UTCOk, maybe he is a bad grandpa, but you also need to understand that the decision to stand by the Marines at Marineford was probably still the most difficult decision he had to make. This is actually something that only occurred to me after a commenter on another Patreon creator's video said that Garp wholeheartedly believes in his mission of bringing peace to the world through the Marines, even at a great risk of personal loss, so it's not just a job to him (as I, admittedly, previously thought). He knows the institution he works for is corrupt, but he still believes he's ultimately working for a greater good. Besides, there is a strong possibility that Marco would actually prefer being punched by him than, you know, getting murdered by Sengoku who wasn't much further.

2025-07-09 05:52:01 +0000 UTCI believe the direct hits and MAYBE the arrows can just turn people to stone (at least partially) But I think the Beam requires some affection, but it doesn't have to be lust; simply thinking she's attractive, inspiring, cute, or basically anything postive should be enough I think. "Aww, she's crying" BAM! you're stone now, even if you didn't actually like her that way.
