2025-06-23 12:52:03 +0000 UTCI rarely comment anything LGBTQ-related anymore, because I've just grown to suck it up and accept that I'm not gonna convince you to share my opinions, but I'm gonna make an exception this time to say that Frenchie was always bi in the source material. Not straight, not gay, bi. I can agree that they could've made a bit smoother of a transition between his relationship with Kimiko and making out and fucking with his ex to not make it seem so sudden and unnatural, but I can only assume it's supposed to be a temporary relationship crisis (although I might be wrong). Writing LGBTQ+ character isn't (always) woke, it's realistic, because they exist in society. Anyways, I hope you understand that this mini-rant does not come from a bad place in my heart, as I understand your opinions don't come from a bad place in yours.
