2024-07-21 05:52:21 +0000 UTCThis elf arc is one of my favourite arcs ever. It's full of plot twists, character developments, main characters power up etc. I really think black clover doesn't deserve all the hate it gets, it's an awesome anime.

Not only he could dominate nature mana like Mareoleona with skill, he now has endless mana reserves I assume as an elf loved by mana. Probably nature mana automatically flows in him now, which would be unlimited. Asta couldn't cancel out Dark Patry's black sword with clashes even tho that black sword was all magic. His anti-magic was not stronger than the magic in that sword of Patry's. A guess.

2024-07-21 00:40:17 +0000 UTCAbout Asta not absorbing Yuno's attack, if you remember when he first joined Black bulls he reflected Magna's fireball at him and he said he didn't know his sword could also reflect magic. The wizard king also trapped him in time magic before. So, the sword doesn't just absorb all magic near it automatically, Asta has to intend for it (not sure how that works though, i guess anime logic)

Asta needed to handle all the hatred what has been kept in Patri's mind, just like what happened between Naruto and Kurama when Naruto wanted to take over of Kurama's powers but to do so Naruto needed to handle all the hatred what has been inside of Kurama! Black Clover = Top 3 animes out there in my book.
