By the way Lucky wedding rings aren't a thing in the leaf village none of the other females in the Konoha 11 have one even Hinata because it's not a known custom to them. Also Sasuke and Sakura are already married and Sarada's already a genin with team 7; this takes place sometime after the Momoshiki attack in the exams but way before the Kara and Kawaki stuff.

Firstly: people out there calling for the death of the show because Sasuke fighting dinosaurs was apparently "bad writing and too unrealistic for a show about ninjas" (whatever that's supposed to mean these days) Second; in the original story; when Sasuke fights Meno he manages to emulate having another Kekkei-Genkai by finding a way to use a bootleg version of Ice Release; whereas in the anime they simply just had him summon a Kunai. There was a whole controversy about that. And probably biggest of all; durin the first fight in the prison; there's a very brief moment where the animators apparently forgot Sasuke was supposed to be missing an arm and drew him having both his hands. The memes for that one basically wrote themselves once people realized XD

You do see Japanese couples with wedding rings around, but that's only a result of Westernisation; it was never a traditional custom. And even in the show; during Hinata's weddings to both Toneri and Naruto; neither one used wedding rings. In fact neither her, Naruto, or most married peoples in Konoha wear wedding bands in the anime; it's just not as universal as you might think.
