But this boy is loyal enough to endure a dinner with him and his wife. Madness. I would have run out of the house at the first suggestion. Skyler doesn't turn Walt over to the DEA because she's not brave. Quite simply. She told Walt in the previous episode. She's not as cunning and daring as him. She tried several times to get out of this mess by playing the strong woman but she doesn't have the shoulders for that. Furthermore, handing him over to the police would have terrible repercussions on the family. Whether it's the kids or Hank and Marie. And finally, Walt doesn't care about money. We already talked about how he wasn't here for that lol. It was always an excuse to do his crazy things. The same way he always tries to rationalize his crimes. As for Gretchen and Eliot, he didn't leave because they got together. He left because he left Gretchen for Slyler. Gretchen talked about it when they met at the café. So it's even worse than what you say. He left by HIMSELF because he had found ANOTHER WOMAN. BUT the gentleman still finds a way to be salty when he talks about Gretchen and Eliot. There is absolutely nothing in Walter White's story that merits our defense.
