they have pretty much recreated Frankenstein at the beginning :D it was definitely a lot cooler when the hoodie was on :D they were taking the piss out of everyone here xD this is a special its not supposed to be part of the story its just for fun, Kishimoto really wanted Naruto to have a Mecha-Naruto just like Godzilla has Mecha-Godzilla :D Kishimoto is also a big fan of Gundam, which is a mecha anime :)

I personally think that Kakashi received a huge Chakra boost after his talk with his dad - Sakumo. Sakura said in OG Naruto during ep 10 - "the forest of Chakra" that Chakra is the combination of one's physical essence and spiritual essence. We know that Kakashi's soul was burnt and shattered into a million peices thanks to the past trauma's, but after talking with his father, I personally believe that Kakashi received a sort of an ice pack for his burnt soul. His soul didn't recovered fully, but the burden on his soul was lifted to some extent after he finally accepted his father's decision to save his comrades. I believe that scene served two important purposes : 1. Sakumo received forgiveness and was able to pass on in the afterlife, where he would finally get to see his wife again. 2. As I said Kakashi received an ice pack for his soul. I believe that this ice pack calmed his soul and gave his spiritual essence a boost. As I mentioned earlier Chakra = physical + spiritual essence. Kakashi's spiritual essence increased, try putting that into the equation, and it's simple mathematics from there. You can also say that Chakra is directly proportional to spiritual essence, so if one thing increases, the other does as well. This is just my take on it. Personally I believe this to be the reason for Kakashi's increased Chakra reserves during the war arc...

Nah Kakashi is using Kamui nonstop because the writer lost his genius somewhere around those arc and started to circumvent or outright abandon rules for his universe he had previously established.

I don't have words to say about these two particular episodes but at the very least, it's hilarious, there's no denying that. Also Android 17 is way cooler than Mecha Naruto...
