Patreon tiers update

- $1 tier poll now has an option to unlock commissioned artwork from one of the other tiers, changed from only being able to unlock WIPs.
- $13 tier will receive a monthly poll for commissioning BACKGROUND art. The poll will have suggestions for themes/prompts, or patrons will be able to comment with a suggestion if they have something in mind.
- $23 tier monthly CHARACTER art poll has been changed from voting on a PAIR to voting on a SINGLE CHARACTER (or commenting with a suggestion). This tier will also receive a mystery file, which may include additional artwork, in-game files, unused game assets, etc.
