I commented on Wiwilz (creator of this mod), he's working on it as i see the model has the glasses attached to it, so it must be manually removed then.

If so it must be specific folder to delete.. if you want to replace to Leon's head just delete folders 10, 11, 12, 20 in folder natives, then stm, then _chainsaw, then character, then ch, then cha0, and finally inside cha000 is where you'll find the folders.
