New filters added to ticket manager
We now automate a message when a ticket is resolved/demoted:
which is a non-modifyable system comment with timestamp to record when this change was submitted.
I'm looking in to getting similar features added to produce a "log" list of all system/achievement/game changes and who made them, per game, per achievement. Will post back when I have something further
