2022-02-23 15:41:46 +0000 UTCI was thinking a little more about this and what if you required the pc to take the Mounted Combatant feat to exploit? Could explain their expertise with horses and mimic some of the historical mounted bow warriors like Native Americans, Hun, other tribes.
