I haven't done the math, I expect the damage would be lower, but I expect it would deliver above baseline reliably.

I was thinking of starting with 17 in Dex, so at lvl4 I could get Elven accuracy feat, to do some “crit fishing” as well! Is it possible to get close To the damage you achieved in this build with a range (longbow) AT?
