I compiled the map for CS:GO.

Hell, shadow maps on models and cascading shadows work wonders. Here are some comparison screenshots. Unfortunately, I have to work under Gmod and SFM (by the way, sfm has even less possibilities).
In the last screenshots, you can see how the shading of models is competently requested, for example, a pink panel behind the beds or a rug on the floor.

And there is also a huge difference in the screenshots from the terrace, where even beautiful shadows are falling in real time, and in gmod there is nothing at all and it is very light.
