Maisonette 9 from GTA IV / port-remake ?

Should you make your own version of Maisonette 9 from GTA IV? Recently, I received an offer to make this club, I replied that the steam workshop already has this map, but I was told that it was made very poorly and I would like to see my version.
I downloaded GTA IV yesterday and took a look at this interior. In principle, yes it is possible, but there textures of a rather small resolution (256/512), which is too small. I plan to make not only the port, but also some improvements (for example, use some similar models and textures from gta v).

1.I also remembered the Triangle strip club ... 2.Yes, if I don't find analogs in GTA V, I'll have to use Gigapixel or search for similar pictures, sometimes I actually found the originals of textures even from GTA V.

The only reason i've even picked this interior, out of all interiors of GTA IV, is because it's more interesting and colorful. The other interiors are all very depressing and ugly to look at, the worst of all of them being Vlad's Bar. I suppose the lightning doesn't help either when examining these interiors The GTA V touch to models/textures, is something i had in mind! If only AI Upscaling was accurate, i would've said to use it, but whatever is more comfortable for you, don't want to stress you out

2021-02-28 15:52:32 +0000 UTCThe whole problem is that the game was released in 2008, with the expectation of ancient ps3 and xbox, as a result of which there are very low poly models and low texture resolution. I am afraid that in any case, these interiors will look very sad. You just need not to "remember", but to look at the game now in 2021 and see how much it is outdated, even compared to Max Payne 3 (which was released in 2012).

More precisely, there were more clubs, for example, a strip club and comedy club and Maisonette 9 were planned there, but in the end there were only three left, and the strip club became a separate map for the patreon.
