In the basement of the arcade there is a main area where a workshop, personal space, various computers, devices ... and there is an area where the player can simply store his vehicles. (behind a brick wall that disappears if you buy a garage).

The question itself: is this garage needed? I'm afraid it will be as useless as possible, and building such non-standard walls is quite difficult and time-consuming.
