Video Channel Update
Added 2024-05-24 20:44:56 +0000 UTChi! I’ve been sent a few questions about my custom video channel. YT has decided to remove it, which seems to be common with many asmrtist. I will see if i can find another platform to upload the future monthly videos. I am trying to get access those videos, but YT seems to think that it is too “sexual”. I am trying my best, this is very upsetting, but I appreciate all of the support 💜💜

Black and blue look great on you, but I'd wager gold (in lieu of the 15-minute video) and silver (in lieu of the 10-minute video) look great on you (and even off you?). Just a thought! We could pretend to hear the ASMR sounds gold and silver make. :)

2024-05-30 00:39:29 +0000 UTCI don't know about Jinx's other patrons, but if YouTube won't renege, and if Rumble and Vimeo don't prove to be viable alternatives, I'd be willing to receive a substitution in lieu of receiving this month's ASMR videos. This is probably a time-consuming incident for Jinx--especially if she's going back and forth with YouTube to regain her channel and to get back monthly and custom videos. Jinx, what do you think about this idea? If you'd be interested in this idea, what would you count as an appropriate substitution?

2024-05-26 03:00:47 +0000 UTCI've seen other NSFW Patreon ASMRtist's "secret" Vimeo channel get nuked without warning before, so Vimeo would just be another "disaster waiting to happen" most likely since they have a "report content for policy violation" button as well. Rumble is fine for freedom of speech, but they are a conservative platform meaning they're even more anti-NSFW/asmr policy than youtube. TBF, patrons downloading personal videos as mp4 is the only true way to be safe from terrible platform policy purges. But the last NSFW Patreon ASMRtist I've seen who successfully kept her NSFW ASMRs up still used Dropbox since you can watch them in an html video player directly on the video file url page linked from patreon (: similar to youtube unlisted pages but hopefully without any creepy "Big Brother" lurking deletion policy enforcers?)

2024-05-25 15:18:53 +0000 UTCI'm asking this question not to be a bummer or a doomsayer, but to be practical and pragmatic, in a "hope for the best but prepare for the worst" vein: what would you want to do if YouTube doesn't get its figurative head out of its literal butt? Or if Rumble or Vimeo aren't the best options for you when you want to make and upload future Patreon videos? Especially for this month? Thank you for the update, Jinx, and all your efforts in sorting out this mess because of Google LLC's inane policies.

2024-05-25 01:44:51 +0000 UTCI know there were times i stated that everyone should save their personal videos because YT could be finicky, and so you’d always have it, but if you did not save yours, I’ll see if i can get access to them again, as I’ve been trying with YT.
