I have a little wol lore behind this:
Juria was just a simple farm girl before she became the warrior of light, and Hades seeked out Azem's reincarnations whenever he could. As romance reincarnation plots go, I love for her to always get reborn within his vicinity - and so this time she got reborn on a land between Eorzea and Garlemald while Emet was fulfilling his current duty as Emperor Solus.
While this body aged and was around 80 years, his Ascian form visited her whenever he had some time to spare, unbeknownst (?) to his Convocation colleagues.
Since this was before we got the canon Endwalker Hades reveal, I shall adjust his hairstyle in this piece sometime :9
