2019 (not just another year)

Hello my dear readers. If you are not already sick of it, let me wish you one more time Happy New Year. I hope it will be great for you as I know it will be for me :)

Without any further wishes let me welcome you to another Monday post. Should I be counting them? Nah, that would always have me look up what # the previous post was, so fuck that.

How was my week you ask? Very kind of you, thank you for asking. My week was mostly like that. Dark metal silver grey, but not in a bad way. Not always at least.

So this week I spend mostly inside Renpy (the game engine). Reading a lot, learning a lot, battling problems and finding solutions. I am trying to work smarter and be modular but that can be a bit of a problem sometimes but also is a good investment for the future. 

For example that Jasmine image above consists of different parts all composited on top of each other. Why? Well, she has one body (yes noodie ^^) one dress (the red furry one was only for that wishing-card mini-mini(not)game I posted last week), 4 brows, 101 eyes, 13 mouths one of which is open and can take 4 tongues. All these provide many many many expressions without having to render out each one as a single image. How many would that be? To give an exact number, let me think.. hmm... shitloads ^^

So yeah, but posing a character like that presented a problem when you want their side image to appear on the right of the screen for example. That alone had me reading day and night through any and every bit of info I could find for 2 days, but finally Saturday morning  I had a solution.  To cut things short, the mini-game is moving forward. 

But after all that keyboard typing and code fiddling I was hungry for something else. You guessed it, a pinup. So I loaded the previous sketch of Battle-3 pre-fight between Princess Peach and Miranda Lawson, I posted some weeks back https://www.patreon.com/posts/23325901  and changed quite a bit.

Lowered the camera angle and heightened the curvy bit of female anatomy I love so much to draw ^^. And if you don't know me by now I added a safe version, costumes and some unnecessary detail all of which will make it impossible for me to have it ready by today. But I believe it will be worth it in the end. As I said before, a nude body is the easiest to draw and color. Clothes make things complicated. 

Well anyway. Maybe it will be finished tomorrow, or the day after. I will post safe and naughty versions when its done. Then again focus on the Jasmine mini-game which by the way has a name. I call it "Princess Troubles" and if it turns out good and you like it I could go for more mini-games of that type and get more troubles for the princess ^^ . You know what I mean you pervs =P . After all a life a princess is not as easy as us commoners think.  

 Oh, by the way. There was a big change in the original standings in that poll for Battle-3. First few days Peach was in the lead but I see that it ended with Miranda winning it. So as usual, the loser "gets it". So I will be drawing them both in the upcoming Battle-3 result pinup, with Miranda "on top". Stay tuned ;)
