Announcement - Changes for the patreon

I would like to announce a few changes I'm making to the patreon :
- "Supporter" and "Paddock Pass" tiers have been removed
- "Racing Driver" tier is now at a cheaper price point, from 6$ to 4$
- Discord is no longer in use for patreon perks. Patrons won't need to text me their discord usernames anymore
- Work in progress updates will now be informed through the patreon page (Either through posts or through chat)
